Another circular and low CO2 steel structure for intospace®
The construction of MST02, a sustainable development of almost 40,000m², has started on the Aviation Valley business park in Maastricht. This project aims for BREEAM Excellent certification and has deliberately chosen to lower CO2 emissions by using XCARB™ steel. Thanks to this choice, we are achieving a significant CO2 reduction together!
This approach aligns perfectly with the vision of Intospace®, which was recently certified as a B Corp organization. Exciting that we get to contribute to this!

Ceiling construction of 400 tons
This time we are producing and assembling the ceiling construction weighing approximately 400 tons for tenant Albert Heijn / Ahold Delhaize. Asset manager abrdn has signed a long-term lease agreement with the supermarket chain, which will soon move into the nearly 30,000m2 sustainable distribution center in early 2024. The pace is, as usual, going well!
