Indoor construction DC Miles Maarssen

In 2023, we realized the main supporting structure on behalf of De Vries en Verburg, and in 2024, we are working in Maarssen for the second time!

This time, we are producing and installing the ceiling structure weighing approximately 400 tons for tenant Albert Heijn / Ahold Delhaize.

Asset manager abrdn signed a long-term lease agreement with the supermarket chain at the beginning of 2024, which will soon move into the nearly 30,000m2 sustainable distribution center.

As usual, the pace is going well!
