Prologis Park Tilburg DC5

In 2022, we delivered the steel structure of the most circular warehouse of Prologis in Europe!

The over 41,000m2 large DC5 is located at business park Vossenberg West in Tilburg and is part of the Prologis Park Tilburg. A building where logistic comfort and optimal sustainability are combined and focused on the use of circular building materials. 

As Circulairstaal®, we designed the steel structure with a significant reduction of welding connections to create high disassembly capability. Additionally, DC5 is equipped with our Biocoat® ECO30 Snowflake. With this, Prologis managed to save a whopping 12,000 kg of new powder! The combination of Design for Disassembly and Biocoat® has led to a significant CO2 reduction.
